چکیده
Abstract In order to solve the problem of high-value utilization coal-to-oil residual direct coal liquefaction asphalt, it is compounded with SBS and aromatic oil modify matrix 9 compounding schemes are designed using orthogonal experimental methods. Dynamic frequency sweep tests DSR a simplified Carreau equation model fitted complex viscosity obtain its zero shear viscosity; creep recovery rate, irrecoverable flexibility difference each modified asphalt were determined by MSCR at different temperatures stress levels, high temperature rheological properties composite asphalts evaluated grey correlation analysis parameters. Bending beam experiments carried out on aged analyse low based viscoelastic parameters linear fitting Burgers model. The results show that: deformation resistance DCLR better than most influential modifier SBS, higher dose, stronger resistance. unrecoverable J nr3.2 70 °C can respond performance ratio 9% + 4% 2% best performance. reflect process has some defects in performance, dose DCLR, poorer asphalt. sensitivity been reduced, crack slightly enhanced.

Rheological Properties and Chemical Bonding of Asphalt Modified with Nanosilica
The objective of this study is to evaluate the rheological properties and chemical bonding of nano-modified asphalt binders blended with nanosilica. In this study, the nanosilica was added to the control asphalt at contents of 4% and 6% based on the weight of asphalt binders. Superpave binder and mixture tests were utilized in this study to estimate the characteristics of the nano-modifed aspha...
متن کاملReaction Engineering of Direct Coal Liquefaction
Direct coal liquefaction has been studied and practiced since the 1930s. It was used in Germany during World War II to produce synthetic fuels when there was no oil allowed into the country. Since then, it has been studied in the United States and many different technologies have been investigated. Since the US is rich in coal resources, this is one way to be energy independent. Most of the dev...
متن کاملA Study on the Rheological Properties of Recycled Rubber-Modified Asphalt Mixtures
Using waste rubber in asphalt mixes has become a common practice in road construction. This paper presents the results of a study on the rheological characteristics of rubber-modified asphalt (RMA) concrete under static and dynamic loading conditions. A number of static and dynamic creep tests were conducted on RMA mix specimens with different rubber sizes and contents, and a series of resonant...

متن کاملA Two-Step, Temperature-Staged Direct Coal Liquefaction Process
Abstract—The world crude oil demand is projected to rise to 108.5 million bbl/d by the year 2035. With reserves estimated at 869 billion tonnes worldwide, coal remains an abundant resource. The aim of this work was to produce a high value hydrocarbon liquid product using a Direct Coal Liquefaction (DCL) process at, relatively mild operating conditions. Via hydrogenation, the temperature-staged ...
